Opulent allows our clients to design and build a custom rental home from the ground up. Don't try to fit your life to the rental market, create a rental to fit your life. Our tenants pick their desired neighborhood and community and then work with our design specialists to create their custom home. With our building program we allow you to create the place you want to call home and if you love it, you have a right to purchase it at any time. We give our clients a first class experience from the first consultation to move in day.
What does it cost?
Standard Rent Rates. 5% Down. No Additional Costs. Risk Free.
All it takes to get started is 5% down and we will begin construction on your custom designed home. At any point in time during your lease you have the right to purchase the home for a fixed price*. Rent the house from us for 5 years and if you decide not to buy, we will refund your 5% deposit when you decide to leave.
